88BB processes information required for membership applications, account administration, security controls, customer support, access management, prevention of account sharing and harassment, community moderation, dispute handling, and platform operations.
Information We May Collect
- Name, chat display name, email, country or region, Telegram and TradingView identifiers, notes, and application information.
- Login IP and origin, country, region, city, browser, device, user agent, login time, page activity, and operation logs.
- Chat messages, uploads, reactions, reports, deletions, mute or upload restrictions, and other community safety records.
- The accepted policy version, time, IP, device and language, together with profile-change audit logs.
How Information Is Used
- Review memberships, assign access, provide support, and confirm payments.
- Detect account sharing, unusual logins, harassment, impersonation, abuse, attacks, or access-control bypass attempts.
- Calculate an internal Risk Score and retain evidence needed for violations, disputes, complaints, security reviews, or compliance matters.
Web3 Wallet and On-chain Payment Data
- When you connect or link a wallet, 88BB may record the public wallet address, wallet provider, signature-verification time, login IP, device, and user agent. 88BB does not request or store seed phrases or private keys.
- For USDT membership payments, 88BB may record the order, network, token contract, recipient, transaction hash, on-chain sender, received amount, confirmation count, activation result, and related security logs.
- Blockchain addresses and transactions are public blockchain data. 88BB may associate them with a Member ID, payment order, and internal risk records for payment verification, anti-fraud, disputes, and compliance handling.
Member Privacy Protection
Members cannot view another member's email, full IP address, device details, phone number, Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, or administrative security data. Administrators access relevant information only when needed for platform security, support, review, or enforcement.
