88BB Membership Terms
88BB is a trading-education, market-research, simulation, and analytical platform that includes Radar, BSI, PAC, Market Intelligence, and AI-assisted tools. It is not an investment, financial, legal, or tax adviser. All content is for education, research, review, and simulation only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
Member Accounts and Platform Access
- A membership account is for the registered member only and may not be shared, rented, transferred, sold, or provided to another person.
- Membership tiers, access permissions, tools, prices, services, AI, Radar, Market Intelligence, courses, indicators, downloads, games, and community rules may be adjusted for operational, security, technical, compliance, or product-development reasons.
- Material changes may be communicated through the website, member center, email, chatroom announcements, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Medals are recognition features. They do not represent investment ability, guaranteed returns, official endorsement, or trading advice.
Web3 Login and Membership Payments
- A wallet signature is used only to prove control of a public wallet address. Connecting a wallet does not automatically raise a membership tier or authorize 88BB to move wallet assets.
- Existing email members should sign in to their original account before linking a wallet. A wallet address may normally be linked to only one Member ID, and 88BB will not automatically merge accounts without verification of both identities.
- Phase 1 membership payments use the designated network and token. Network gas for DApp checkout is paid separately by the sender. Manual or exchange transfers must result in 88BB receiving the full package amount. Wrong-network, wrong-token, wrong-recipient, or underpaid transfers may not activate automatically.
- A transaction hash may be used only once for membership verification. 88BB relies on independently verified on-chain transaction data, not merely a success message shown in the browser.
- Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible once broadcast. Before paying, members must verify the package, designated network, token, recipient address, and exact amount to be received. 88BB cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent using the wrong network, token, address, or amount.
- Once membership access is activated, completed membership payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law, for duplicate payment, a technical error confirmed by 88BB, or failure to deliver the purchased access. Any exceptional refund request is subject to verification of payment records and on-chain data.
Enforcement
If a member breaches these terms, community rules, privacy or account-security requirements, payment rules, or harms 88BB, another member, the team, a partner, or platform security, 88BB may take one or more proportionate actions.
- Issue a reminder or warning; remove, hide, or restrict messages, images, links, advertisements, false, impersonating, malicious, or harassing content.
- Restrict chat, uploads, replies, designated rooms, Radar, Market Intelligence, AI, simulators, games, downloads, indicators, courses, or other member functions.
- Request an explanation or verification, force device logout, or suspend, freeze, ban, or terminate an account.
- Remove medals, points, rewards, or benefits obtained through cheating, abuse, or violations, and handle disputes according to payment records, refund policy, and applicable law.
- Retain necessary evidence and, in serious cases, report or provide necessary information to relevant platforms, service providers, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities.
Urgent Action
Where account sharing, fraud, harassment, impersonation, privacy abuse, platform misuse, system attacks, threats to member safety, or another urgent risk is involved, 88BB may take necessary action without prior notice.
