Account Security and Risk Score Policy

To protect the platform and legitimate members, 88BB may record and analyze IP, device, browser, country or region, login behavior, page activity, account activity, chatroom behavior, and other security signals to calculate an internal Risk Score.

How the Risk Score Is Used

  • Detect account sharing, account takeover, unusual cross-border logins, multi-user access, feature abuse, harassment, or unauthorized access.
  • Help administrators determine whether to monitor, contact a member, request an explanation, restrict features, force logout, freeze, or terminate an account.
  • The Risk Score is for 88BB internal security management only. Members cannot view another member's Risk Score, IP, device, or private information.

Higher-Risk Signals

  • One account appears in multiple countries or regions within a short period.
  • Multiple accounts use the same IP address or device within a short period.
  • An account repeatedly appears on unusual devices, in unusual regions, or in unusual page activity.
  • Repeated failed logins, frequent profile changes, attempts to bypass access controls, or attempts to access administrative resources.

Wallet and Payment Risk Signals

  • Frequent wallet linking or unlinking, repeated attempts to bind one wallet across multiple accounts, or wallet-signature activity that is inconsistent with the current session or device.
  • Reusing an already redeemed transaction hash, using the wrong token contract or recipient, underpaying, generating abnormal repeated orders, or attempting to bypass on-chain verification.
  • Where technically available and consistent with applicable law and service policies, 88BB may add public-wallet risk, sanctions, or high-risk fund-source screening and may route high-risk payments to manual review or rejection.

Alerting Principles

The Risk Intelligence Center is designed to reduce false positives. Repeated page refreshes by the same member do not by themselves indicate account sharing. Priority alerts are reserved for stronger account-sharing, unusual cross-border, or same-IP multi-account signals.
